Shipping Procedures
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (weekends and
holidays excluded). Our automated shipping software allows you to
select the preferred shipping price and mode (air or surface) at
checkout, based on the weight and size of your order. Therefore, you
know the exact shipping cost before the ordering process is complete.
Delivery is subject to warehouse
availability. Rarely, there is a further delay e.g. when we introduce a
new product and the number of orders skyrocket. Shipping delays may
occur if we receive more orders than stock. When an order for items
normally stocked in our warehouse has items on it that are
out-of-stock, we will hold your entire order until the back-ordered
merchandise arrives unless you request we ship ahead available items.
Normal shipping charges apply if your out-of-stock item is shipped
separately from the rest of the ordered products.
European Nature Inc. online
ordering process require you to go through various web pages asking for
personal and payment information, all of which need to be completed in
full before the final order information can be submitted which provide
ample reconsideration time. Therefore order cancellation is not
accepted after submission has been made or payment has been processed.
Payments have to be cleared before we ship. The shipping companies
don't allow us to place special instructions for the delivery driver of
the package.
Prices are subjected to changes
according to international currency rates and price changes by
manufacturers or suppliers without prior notice. Availability of
products is subject to change without prior notice.
International Orders, Restricted Countries
European Nature Inc. ships products
worldwide. Select the appropriate web site by clicking on the flags on
our sites. Our web sites' automated shipping calculation feature gives
you some options in your selection of shipping methods with matching
shipping costs (surface, air or courier). When you use your credit
card, the funds will be deducted either in US dollars (if the US web
site was selected), Canadian dollars (if Canadian site is selected), or
Euro (if the European site was selected). Other currencies will be
based on the exchange rate between your currency and ours at the time
your order is processed. The process is similar to the situation when
you travel and use your credit card in a foreign country.
It is the customers responsibility
to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Do not
order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are
different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is
your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your
country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
You are responsible for any duties
or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you
and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country.
We report the amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask
us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. If European Nature
Inc. is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment or incurs any
penalty or lawsuit related to your order or shipment, we will post the
charge to your credit card.
For a description of the package
contents on the Customs form, we claim "Nutritional Supplement" or
“Food Supplement” or "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please
do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
If the package is seized by Customs
for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not
issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being
seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15%
restocking fee.
By placing an order with us,
European Nature Inc. and you both agree to accept the selected shipping
company as final arbiter in determining delivery status of your order.
We reserve the right to split your
order into smaller packages once the limitations of the selected
shipping option is reviewed. We reserve the right to decline an order
for any reason.
Returns with Money Back Guarantee
We are dedicated to
offering you first class service. If you have any problems with your order, for
any reason, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full
refund. Only unopened, factory sealed products are eligible for return and
refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100%

Please contact our Customer Service
Department within 7 days of the shipment date to receive authorization
and return instructions. (Please note that your local pharmacy would
never accept prescription drugs or over the counter (OTC) products,
including vitamins and supplements, for return.)
Please pack the items to be
returned in a box with sufficient packaging to avoid damage. A copy of
the postage receipt must be included within your return (or scanned and
e-mailed to us). Returns must be sent by Registered Mail. If the return
is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping will be
reimbursed on your credit card. If your return is not the result of our
error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be your
responsibility. Once your return has been received, we will issue a
refund within 15 days.
